Italy trip - Rome (part 1 of 2)
I'm kind of super late in updating my blog, especially the Rome photos.. since I took the trip back in late March during Easter!

Tossing a coin into the Trevis Fountain with my back facing it - when will I go back to Rome again?

The best thing about this Rome trip was that we had free entrances to almost all the tourist spots! That's coz it was the Easter week, and somehow, all the entrances were free! We had free entrance to Castle St Angelo, the Capitoline Museum, Colosseum, Pantheon, Mercati Traianei etc.
And by chance, we also came upon this restaurant in some small alley. The food there is pretty value-for-money. To the extent that we actually had 3 meals there! 1 dinner and 2 lunches. The first time, we found it accidentally. The 2nd time, we were walking around looking for a place to eat, before stumbling upon it again! The 3rd time, we went looking for it, coz we were around the area :)

Ruins everywhere!
I think the amazing thing about Rome is - everywhere you go, you will definitely see some form of ruin or artefacts somewhere. be it a small fountain, or small structure or statue.
